And training in coaching methodologies and selling coaching franchises is a billion dollar industry.
But the research tells us there is a staggering 300% drop out rate per annum.
This means a massive number of the people who invested time, money and resources into becoming coaches and entering this industry and starting coaching businesses ... FAIL. And buying a franchise is no guarantee of success either.
